Cardiff Work Environment Research Centre (CWERC) undertakes research to understand the relationship between health, safety and well-being in the working environment. It is a Joint Research Centre and supported by the Schools of Psychology and Social Sciences.

It provides an integrated identity for the considerable research expertise on the work environment in these Schools and other parts of the university.
